Cellofoam | Fabricated EPE and Fabricated EPP Foam

Molded EPE and EPP FoamCellofoam offers both custom EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) and EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) materials designed to provide high durability, strong cushioning, and shockproof properties to ensure your sensitive products arrive safe and damage-free when use as a shipping material.

Our molded EPE and EPP foam planks outperform other brands on the marketplace. Mechanically and thermally bonded to form a solid, uniform material, our foam material features a uniform cell size, wall thickness, and density for easier part fabrication. It is also available in a broad range of densities, making it easy to manage extremely fragile components, as well as, rugged, high-load applications.

In addition, our EPE and EPP foam offers superior compression, crush resistance, and excellent repetitive dynamic cushioning with very good recovery characteristics. This makes Cellofoam’s expanded polyethylene and expanded polypropylene the perfect choice for use in applications such as:

Expendable and Returnable Automotive
Cushioning and Packaging fragile electronics
Military ordinances and explosives
Crate blocking and bracing
Case inserts and reusable containers
Floater pallets and decks
Boogieboard and surfboard cores
Parts separators, handling trays, transport and store protection
Wall padding and sports matting
Flotation and marine parts
