Our insulated shipper box liners come in custom cut, six panel sets to meet your specific needs. We can design and manufacture a solution to meet your thermal protection requirements. Cellofoam insulated shipper box liners may be provided as part of a complete packaging solution, with corrugated boxes, liners, and/or Perma Cool® Gel Packs.
Our box liners can reduce your start-up time and up-front costs compared to custom molded solutions. For standard molded shipper options, take a look at our Perma Cool® Shippers.
Our Insulated Shipper Box Liners are available in multiple materials including: EPS, Polyurethane, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and Extruded Polystyrene.
Cellofoam high-quality EPS insulated shipper box liners are made of premium expanded polystyrene rigid insulation that meets or exceeds ASTM C578, Standard Specification for Rigid, Cellular Polystyrene Thermal Insulation. The EPS is composed of closed cells with excellent compressive and flexural strength that protects your package from shock and thermal damage during shipment. In addition to plain foam, box liners may be ordered with laminated facers on one or both sides for added strength and durability. These options include clear or metalized, reflective polypropylene, the latter which may increase thermal protection.
